[Important] Notice regarding use of shops and workshops
Thank you for your continued patronage.
We operate a shop (selling materials and equipment) and a studio (workshop). However, since we introduced a reservation system for visiting the shop in February, some customers have mistakenly thought that reservations are not required for the workshop either.
I'm very sorry if there are some points that are difficult to understand.
We would like to inform you again about how to use the shop and studio, so please check it out!
Shop (materials and equipment sales) 4th floor
You can purchase the equipment and materials needed for tufting at the Ragmatag store.
Our knowledgeable staff will also be happy to assist you with any enquiries you may have!
Monday to Thursday: Reservation required (advance reservation required)
Friday to Sunday: No reservation required. However, we cannot accommodate on Friday to Sunday, which are not business days, so please check the business calendar, which is updated monthly.

Reservations can be made in 35-minute increments up to 48 hours in advance
Studio (Workshop) 5th floor
Reservations only (no same-day reservations accepted)
Advance reservations are required for the workshop.
